Act: Mark Dodsworth
By Kathy Jastrzebski - Apr 27th, 2016
What better way to start the TEDxAmsterdamED 2016 event than to make the audience part of the opening act! To the audience’s surprise, they were lead onto the Theatre Amsterdam stage instead of the aisles, handed a coloured plastic tube and asked to become part of a percussion orchestra for the opening act. It didn’t take long for everyone to join into the joyful rhythm created by their ‘conductor’, Mark Dodsworth. After a little warming up and a thorough ‘sound check,’ the audience created a spectacular performance.
